hero-of-iron:

[Yet another one…]

Standing just like this as he saw the girl approaching he cursed his wretched luck. In the span of a relatively short amount of time the man has met quite a lot of those people. As he sarcastically noted - it was like a plague. Yes, a plague. He met so much of them that, in fact, he’s ready to brand every single ordinary being as a “special case”. As fate has it yet again - the girl before him is no ordinary human and there’s no question to that. The red-clad knight noted his brain growing tired from all those encounters - that revelation in his head being followed by a sigh outside of it. Wait… Was she sniffing? The man could swear he saw the girl’s nose move - by this simple gesture he could tell she was trying to decipher something about him. The next question that inevitably left her lips was everything he has ever expected.

“Who and what are you? You appear human, but you are not.”

Such a bland and straight-to-the point inquisition. At least this saves him some trouble. The man smirked at the girl crossing his arms and looking ever so confident, while still not dropping his guard.

“The very same could be said about you.”the man shifted, his smirk growing a bit wider. “Though you should not expect one to give an answer without a proper introduction”

She watched as he seemed to ponder on something with her appearance. Was he in fear of her? No, she could tell just by his demeanor that the assumption was far from the truth. Still, she was curious and took another step forward, more careful and cautious. Yes, this encounter was going to be something interesting. She was already wondering of his character and how this event would go. The smirk and his movements showed little hostility, but it was still too early to deem him friend or foe. Her ears perked as the man finally began to speak. He spoke of a proper introduction and was hesitant to give one, as she was expecting for him to go first.

“I am Yuka,” she spoke plainly. Not very proper, but it will do.

“This feeling… It’s something… familiar…” she spoke softly as her mind tried to remember. She knew this presence and knew whoever she was trying to recall was the same one who summoned her into this world. She went through her memories, going back to that moment. Her lips formed the name but her voice refused to come out, “Poe,” seconds later there was the name. It faded into the wind as her voice went even quieter. Poe, that was who it was. But this aura was slightly different than what she felt before…

The demoness remained silent as she simply stared at the man robed in red and black fabrics, taking in his unusual appearance. Though at the same time, she had met many unusual people in her time in this world. She took a small step forward, nose twitching to take in a scent. Something about the man was abnormal, she could not pick up on what though. Golden optics locked onto his ash grey ones and she finally opened her mouth to speak, “Who and what are you? You appear human, but you are not.”

Yay…

teabeechan replied to your post:

Except I can’t remember who you are exactly. T_T

I-it’s alright, I kinda chickened out talking to you more. Hmm… how to remember me. Well, the only time I talked to your Otae was with Takumo, but that was so long ago… We talked a bit on this account a little while back too…

Well if anything, Diarmuid will live, because he’s being so cautious now of every other servant and master. Cu on the other hand…well…

Anyway, when the time comes I will decide. But that’s far off.

Haha, yeah, I gotcha. Like I said, just gotta wait.

I mean, Saber nearly killed him once already, and then he was saved. I mean, naturally the two Lancers are most prone to death. But if they make it to the end, I can probably figure out some way for the servants to live.

True, true.

But they have such shitty luck. Going on that…

BUT, ignoring that and going to what you said.

I—We’ll just wait and see.

Well Death is inevitable in the Grand Scheme of the Grail War, y’know? He will eventually have to die.

Anyway… I don’t really mind (anymore) what happens to your chars.

Okay… I kind of do, because I had this idea for Ms. Fortune and Lancer…

BUT IF HE DIES, THAT’S COOL TOO.
